About Us

We're a venture-backed 2010 TechStars team in Boulder, CO with growing revenues and lots of green field in front of us. We all came together to make a difference in people's lives by quantifying company cultures so they can make better hires and draw out the strengths of every employee. At our core we're a data company that specializes in optimization. It just happens to be optimizing human interactions. Psychology meets Technology. A nice hard problem to chew on.
