Have the following skills:

• 4+ years developing websites in an object-oriented languages, such as PHP, Python or .Net.
• Have built scalable websites. 
• Deep experience with either MySQL or PostgreSQL. 
• Designed and deployed websites in Ruby on Rails. 
• Familiar with test-driven, Agile or eXtreme Programming (XP) development. 
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, passionate and individualistic 
• A passion for clean, readable code. 
• A good attitude and desire to work in a startup environment.
• Experience with web UI technologies (CSS, AJAX, Javascript, Prototype) a big plus. 
• Experience with deployment to Linux servers, especially with Capistrano, a plus.
