We are the leading music collaboration network and application, enabling musicians all over the world to make music together online. Billboard Magazine said that we are "Establishing [our]selves as [a] digital resource redefining today's music industry landscape."
We're looking for a Rails developer to join our team, help shape our product, and have fun doing it. Candidates with actual Rails development experience (MVC! Testing! SVN!) are preferred, but talented, experienced web developers with an appetite to learn Rails are welcomed as well. Successful candidates will be excited to play with the interesting challenges we face every day, like large file transfers and server-side audio manipulation. You should be interested in working for an innovative, quickly-growing, well-funded startup and you should be interested in solving the "what" and the "why" of the problem, not just the "how."

Hi, I’m Brian
I work at mirRoR, where we connect agile Rails developers and employers.
We started as Rails programmers ourselves (and are currently working on a few social, facebook, and iPhone apps). This background and network help us identify quality opportunities in the industry.
That’s especially important today. While many venture-backed web 2.0 startups are cutting costs amidst this economic climate, we are working with a number of companies that are self-sufficient, cash-positive, and well capitalized for the long-term.
I’d be eager to briefly discuss where you are in the process and see if there is a potential fit, either for the opportunities listed here, or those posted elsewhere.
