Leveraging Loyalty with RoR
We are seeking a senior software engineer to join our core engineering team. The role will require design initiative, group collaboration, enthusiasm, and solid coding experience.About us:

Our platform is built with Ruby on Rails. Strong Java engineers with an interest in learning Rails are invited to apply. We were all Java engineers a year ago, and we've found it easy to convert to Rails.
Desired Experience:
- 5+ years professional software development experience in Java, Ruby on Rails, or other OO language building complex web-based software systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a desire to grow in a startup environment
- Brokerage or financial industry experience
- Advanced Rails
- Performance tuning in clustered environments
Responsibilities:
- Work with our business and operations groups to design core platform features and to build them
- Develop novel ways to measure customer behavior around stock ownership
- Scale our platform to handle volumes required by Fortune 500 clients
Other Details:
- Full time only. Our office is conveniently located in downtown SF; easily walkable from Bart/Muni
