Skills

2+ years of web development experience using a dynamic object-oriented language
Proficiency with Ruby, RoR, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, and SVN.
Strong knowledge of graphic and web design principles and current web technologies
Passion for software development
Experience with Agile methodologies like XP or Scrum a plus
