We are looking for Rails-plus-Java programmers. You need to know Rails well, with some Java experience preferred. You have to know JavaScript and CSS well enough to use them properly. It'd be nice if you knew some MongoDB, jQuery and/or SQL optimization also. We do open-source programming on the side and you should too. That sounds like you, right? We use JRuby on Rails for the fastest Rails and the fastest threads in Ruby-land.
