Community + Blogging for Music Fans

We are an online community and blogging network for music fans, based entirely on Ruby on Rails and MySQL. We are already one of the largest-scale Rails-based sites and we are growing very quickly.

We are an early-stage funded startup, poised to expand our team just a bit as we take on additional funding. Our team is small and composed of some of the world's best and most experienced RoR developers. We are based in Berkeley, CA and looking for someone who can join us full-time, on-site. Competitive compensation package includes equity.

We seek a dedicated team member with established Ruby skills who can hit the ground running and move quickly to advanced projects after learning the ins and outs of the app. Rails experience and ability/willingness to move between front and back end a big plus!
