Required Skills:

• 3+ years experience with Ruby, Python, or Perl
  
• Knowledgeable about web app development
• Able to write and tune SQL queries
• Familiar with UNIX development environment
• Familiar with source control and deployment (technologies such as SVN and Capistrano)
• Able to write unit tests and conduct performance tests

Experience with the Following is a Plus:

• Web 2.0 technologies: AJAX, Javascript, CSS
• XML technologies:REST, SOAP, XSLT
• Rails
  
• Network Programming and RPCs such as DRb
