RoR Genius for Real Estate Collab Site

We are looking for a certified genius in RoR. If you are still learning, this is not the right opportunity. You must work well in a team environment, and take direction well (superior English) but also be able to go off into a 24 hr bender on your own.

We need someone who can complement the intensity level of our team. Not a weak link.

Productivity is key. You must be a diligent and relentless worker. This is NOT a 9 to 5. Your energy level must be obvious.

We expect you to not just be a coder, but to contribute to ideas. Suggest alternatives. Assert yourself.

You must take ownership in your work, and you MUST KNOW HOW TO WRITE TEST SCRIPTS on your own stuff.

You should have EXT & Java Script.

Nice to have CSS and some photoshop skills.

In startup mode for a real estate collaboration site. Further details only to those who qualify.

We can pay you cash (if you are a risk averse) or options (if you know how to dream) or a hybrid.

Must be local to DC area. This is critical. You don't have to work on site, but you have to be within a 30 min drive of Arlington, VA for meetings ad hoc. Please no exceptions here.

This is a challenging position with jaw dropping potential. If you are qualified and are fired up, please send over your CV.

3. what your rate would be (on an hourly basis) 
4. your proficiency level in RoR, EXT, JS, CSS. You will have to provide samples and talk to our chief scientist.

7. do you consider yourself an architect?

Hi, I’m Brian

I work at mirRoR, where we connect agile Rails developers and employers.

We started as Rails programmers ourselves (and are currently working on a few social, facebook, and iPhone apps). This background and network help us identify quality opportunities in the industry.
