Recruiting Agreement

We believe that a pay-for-performance model provides Ruby On Rails employers with a superior value proposition. You pay only when you hire one of our candidates. Therefore, our fee is based on a percentage of a candidate's first year base salary (including any guarantees or upfront bonuses). Our fee shall be deemed earned on any candidate referred to you by mirRoR Placement that you hire within one year of the original referral.

Fee: 30% of starting salary (including any guarantees or upfront bonuses)
Payment: Net 10 from candidate start date.
If payment extends past 10 days, the guarantee will be null and void.
Guarantee: If the employee's employment terminates for any reason other than reorganization, elimination of position, takeover, or material change in job responsibility, mirRoR will refund the fee paid according to the schedule below:
  If the employee leaves within 0-30 Days: 100% refund
  If the employee leaves within 31-60 Days: 50% refund
  If the employee leaves within 61-90 Days: 25% refund

 

Unless otherwise noted, acceptance of our candidates will constitute acceptance of this agreement. We are eager to begin working together and look forward to presenting you with outstanding Rails talent.
